DevNetOps applies DevOps philosophies and principles to network operations and key projects. These include automated platform stand-ups, service provisioning templates, leveraging datasets from technology ecosystems and dynamic inventory management.
This relatively new team is tasked with defining our architectural strategy. They’re building a roadmap to address the current gaps and challenges in our solutions. They’re involved from RFP to implementation through larger projects and programmes, providing a seamless development journey.
Our Software team builds, tests and refines our internal systems, developing new features to add value to the colleagues, customers and partners who use them. This is a multidisciplinary function made up of Developers, QAs, Product Owners and Scrum Masters, all working across a wide range of technologies in a DevOps driven environment.
Our Technical Service team provides our customers with expert advice and support for all technical and network issues. They monitor the network management system and escalate more serious issues to our team of engineers.
